Recipe Pharma is a privately held company establishing in 2016, the owners of the company are Pharmacists with up to 20 years of experience in Pharma management with multinational Pharmaceutical Companies. Recipe owners and managers have experienced great successes in sales and marketing management. They have an excellent experience in managing the change and developing diverse group of people with different capabilities and backgrounds. Recipe Pharma situated in Sana’a (the business hub of Yemen) with a nation-wide distribution network across major cities of Yemen. The Company’s customers include hospitals, pharmacies, and governmental tenders. Recipe Pharma has been developing in response to the dynamic market and the needs of the people in Yemen. Our business development team has established a new field focused on environmental and hygienic improvement under the Recipe Pharma umbrella, with the introduction of our new subsidiary, Recipe Agriculture. This company primarily focuses on organic agricultural products.

Pharmacovigilance

All medicines have risks as well as benefits. The aims of pharmacovigilance are to enhance patient care and safety in relation to the use of medicines; and to support public health programs by providing reliable, balanced information to ensure that the overall benefits of medicines outweigh the risks.
Although PV is a recently established practice in Yemen, however, Recipe applies consistent pharmacovigilance principles across our entire product portfolio. We are working to establish many channels to receive PV reports. A dedicated mobile number, and answer machine are some of these channels. All
our Medical and sales staffs are wel trained to handle PV reports.

Sales & Distribution

Recipe depends on a highly experienced, well trained sales team in sales and distribution. Recipe are establishing a well-structured infrastructure for sales and promotion on robust basis of integrity and transparency that align with Recipe values and all the local rules regulating business in Yemen.
